AN ACT
To amend chapter 565, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the cloning of human beings, with penalty provisions.
Section A. Chapter 565, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 565.310, to read as follows:
565.310. It shall be unlawful for any person to clone a human being. For purposes of this section, "to clone" means
to create, by artificial alteration of its genetic composition, a human being which is genetically identical to another
human being. Violation of this section shall be a class B felony.
