AN ACT

To amend chapter 193, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to death records.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 193, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 193.249, to read as follows:

193.249. The department of health shall publish and make available upon request an alphabetical listing of all deaths in this state since 1910. Such listing shall include the full name, date, including month and year, and location of each death.
