REP. PHILIP WILLOUGHBY
91st General Assembly
Rep. Philip Willoughby, a Democrat, represents part of Clay County (District 33) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
Rep. Willoughby was elected to the House in November 2000. In addition to his legislative duties, he is an attorney with Gunn, Shank and Stover and a pastor at Gracemor Christian Church.
Rep. Willoughby is a member of the North Kansas City Board of Education and the Northland Chamber of Commerce.
A 1979 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia, Rep. Willoughby attended State Fair Community College and received a bachelor of arts degree from William Jewell College in 1983. He received a master of divinity in 1986 and a doctorate of ministries in 1991 from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He earned his juris doctorate in 1995 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Rep. Willoughby was born August 30, 1961 in St. Louis, and currently lives in Gladstone, Mo., with his wife, Judy and son, Logan.
