REP. ROBERT N. MAYER

91st General Assembly

Rep. Robert Mayer, a Republican, represents part of Stoddard and Scott counties (District 159) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Mayer is an attorney. He previously worked as a farmer, broadcaster and an industrial engineering clerk.

Rep. Mayer is president of the Keller Library board and a member of: the Dexter Kiwanis Club, Missouri Farm Bureau, Dexter Chamber of Commerce, the Stoddard County Bar and Missouri Bar. He attends the First Baptist Church in Dexter.

A 1975 graduate of Dexter High School, Rep. Mayer received a degree in political science in 1994 from Southeast Missouri State University and a juris doctorate in 1996 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Born February 25, 1957, in Cape Girardeau, Rep. Mayer lives in Dexter with his wife, Nancy Tuley Mayer. They have three children: Jason, Dustin and Daniel.
