SB 1048 -- SPINAL CORD INJURY FUND

SPONSOR:  Kenney (Reinhart)

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Children, Families and Health by a vote of 17 to 0.

This bill makes a technical correction to the statute pertaining
to the Spinal Cord Injury Fund.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the purpose of the bill is to
correct the statute which establishes the fund.

Testifying for the bill was Senator Kenney.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
