SCS SB 1151 -- TOURISM TAX

SPONSOR: Kinder (Myers)

COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Tourism, Recreation and Cultural Affairs by a vote of 16 to 0.

pursuant to voter approval. Under current law, 25% of the funds
must be used for tourism marketing and promotional purposes.
