HB 1091 -- Overtime Compensation

Current law states that employees of certain amusement parks
cannot receive overtime pay until they work 52 hours in one week.
This bill repeals this requirement, allowing these employees to
be subject to the general requirement that overtime be paid for
hours worked in excess of 40 per week.
