HB 1127 -- Lobbyists' Identification

This bill requires lobbyists to wear identification badges while
at the State Capitol building.  The bill sets forth several
specifications for the identification badges.  Failure to wear a
required badge is a class A misdemeanor.

The bill has an emergency clause.
