HB 1414 -- Geology Exemptions

This bill revises the exemption provision of the Geologist
Registration Act relating to licensed professionals working
within the scope of their practice to include licensed engineers
and licensed land surveyors.

The exemption provision relating to professional engineers
acquiring data involving soil and water data for engineering
analysis is repealed.
