HB 1458 -- Human Embryos

Co-Sponsors:  Reid, Selby, Bartelsmeyer, Portwood

This bill makes anyone who selects a human embryo for
implantation through in-vitro fertilization based on the gender
of the embryo guilty of a class A misdemeanor.  A second or
subsequent violation is a class D felony.
