HB 1506 -- Aviation Trust Fund

Co-Sponsors:  Merideth, Kelly (27), Gaskill

This bill removes the cap on the Aviation Trust Fund.  The match
requirement for receiving funds from the Aviation Trust Fund is
changed from 80/20 to 90/10 state-local match.
