HB 1526 -- Victim's Rights

This bill adds the expected address of an offender upon his or
her release to the list of information victims and witnesses have
the right to be informed of by the appropriate law enforcement
agency.  The bill also requires that prosecuting attorneys inform
victims of the right to know this information.
