HB 1534 -- Clutch's Law

Sponsor:  Clayton

This bill will be known as "Clutch's Law."  Under the bill,
additional fines and driver's license suspensions will be imposed
on any person failing to yield the right-of-way when the
violation results in physical injury, serious physical injury, or
death to a person.
