HB 1538 -- Retirement for Prosecuting and Circuit Attorneys

This bill allows prosecuting and circuit attorneys who became
members of the Prosecuting Attorneys and Circuit Attorneys'
Retirement System after August 28, 1989, to receive prior service
credit for retirement.
