HB 1588 -- Motor Vehicle Registration

This bill requires that beginning January 1, 2003, an alternative
registration tab design must be made available as an option for
vehicle owners of noncommercial vehicles.  This tab must be
designed and manufactured where owners can affix the tab to the
lower corner of the rear windshield on the driver's side of the
vehicle.
