HB 1611 -- Registered Sexual Offender Searches on the Internet

This bill requires the Highway Patrol to maintain a web site
which allows the public to search for registered sexual offenders
by name, zip code, and mile radius from an entered address.  A
photograph, name, address, and the crimes of the registered
sexual offender are the only items that can be released to the
public.
