HB 1675 -- Employee Noncompete Clauses

This bill prohibits television and radio stations and networks
from including noncompete clauses in their employment contracts.
The bill does not affect provisions that require an employee to
work exclusively for that employer during the length of the
contract.  The bill does not apply to sales and management
employee contracts.  In addition to damages, employers found in
violation will be liable for attorney fees and costs.
