HB 1758 -- Canine Certification and Training Co-Sponsors: Jolly, Monaco, Hosmer, Britt, Harding This bill creates the Arner Law, which requires that canines acquired by law enforcement agencies after July 1, 2003, be trained and certified, along with the handler, before they can be used in law enforcement activities.
