HB 1772 -- Motor Vehicle Fee Agents

Co-Sponsors:  Clayton, Dempsey, Byrd

This bill increases the fees collected by motor vehicle fee
agents.  On the effective date of the bill, the fee for biennial
motor vehicle or trailer licenses is increased from $4.00 to
$5.00.  On July 1, 2003, the biennial fee is increased to $7.00.
On the latter date, the annual fee for motor vehicle or trailer
licenses is increased to $3.50, and the fee for driver's or
chauffeur's licenses is increased from $4.00 to $5.00.
