HB 1956 -- Uniform Planned Community Act

Co-Sponsors:  Hilgemann, Hendrickson, Campbell, Bearden

This bill enacts the Uniform Planned Community Act substantially
in conformance to the act drafted and approved by the National
Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in 1980.  The
act is nearly identical to the Uniform Condominium Act, Chapter
448, RSMo, differing mainly on the nature of planned communities
and condominiums.
