HB 2091 -- Cafeteria Plan for State Employees

Currently, the Commissioner of Administration is allowed to
include in the state employee's cafeteria plan any benefit
administered by a statutory retirement system and to provide
group insurance.  This bill requires the commissioner to include
and provide these benefits.

The bill also requires the commissioner to include products from
vendors that the Office of Administration approves on a payroll-
deduction basis and the vendor is receiving more than $500,000
annually from state employees through voluntary payroll
deductions.
