HB 2127 -- Elevator Safety

This bill exempts elevators from state regulations if they are
located in a political subdivision which has adopted a safety
code more stringent than state regulations.  Elevators owned and
operated by the state or a political subdivision and not used by
the general public are also exempted from state regulations.

The bill also sets maximum fees for elevator inspections.
