HB 2154 -- Transferring Human Fetal Parts

This bill makes it unlawful to transfer human fetal parts without
disclosing certain information to the Department of Health.  The
bill also makes it unlawful to ship human fetal parts by a common
carrier or delivery service unless the contents of the item
shipped are disclosed and the package is marked.  Violators are
guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
