HB 2174 -- Public Service Commission

This bill authorizes the Public Service Commission to review any
transaction that changes the ownership or control of a public
utility or its holding companies.  The commission may, after
conducting a public hearing, impose conditions on the transaction
to ensure that it is a benefit to the public interest.
