This substitute changes the name of the Missouri Board for
Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors
and Landscape Architects to the Missouri Board for Architects,
Engineers, Surveyors and Landscape Architects.

The substitute includes landscape architects in a number of
provisions that currently apply only to engineers, architects,
and surveyors, including the non-transferability of the right to
practice and the use of a personal seal.
