SB 1220 -- Gaming Commission

This bill allows the Gaming Commission, if they believe it is
warranted, to collect two sets of fingerprints and conduct state
and national criminal history checks on:

(1)  Certain key persons seeking issuance or renewal of a bingo
equipment and supplies manufacturer or supplier license; and

(2)  Any person seeking employment with the Gaming Commission and
any person seeking the issuance or renewal of an excursion
gambling boat license.

The bill requires the State Lottery Commission to collect two
sets of fingerprints and conduct state and national criminal
history checks on:

(1)  Any person seeking employment with the State Lottery
Commission;

(2)  Any person seeking the issuance or renewal of a lottery
retailer license; and

(3)  Any person seeking a contract or renewal of a contract with
the State Lottery Commission.
