HS HB 1399 -- WORLD WAR II MEDALS (Ransdall)

World War II medals from January 1, 2002, to July 1, 2003.

The substitute contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  Estimated Net Cost to the General Revenue Fund of
$563,800 in FY 2003, $149,454 in FY 2004, and $0 in FY 2005.
Estimated Net Effect to the World War II Veterans' Recognition
Award Fund of $0 in FY 2003, FY 2004, and FY 2005.
