CCS SCS HS HCS HB 1037, 1188, 1074 & 1271 -- STATUTE OF
LIMITATIONS

This bill eliminates the statute of limitations for forcible
rape, attempted forcible rape, forcible sodomy, and attempted
forcible sodomy.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
