SCS HB 1921 -- CREDIT UNION COMMISSION

This bill revises the terms of office for credit union
commissioners by requiring that the terms be staggered.

The bill also allows the Division of Credit Unions, at the
discretion of the director, to examine qualifying credit unions
once every 18 calendar months instead of annually.
