AN ACT
To amend chapter 565, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to contamination of food or drink, with a penalty provision.
Section A. Chapter 565, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 565.091, to read as follows:
565.091. 1. A person commits the crime of contamination of food or drink if that person, while employed at any establishment that serves food or drink, purposely introduces bodily fluids, excrement, or hair, by any means, into any food or drink with the intent that it be served to another.
2. Contamination of food or drink is a class C misdemeanor.
