AN ACT

To amend chapter 321, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to emergencies in fire protection districts.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 321, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 321.227, to read as follows:

321.227. Upon arrival at the scene of any emergency, as defined in section 321.226, to provide fire protection or emergency services, the highest commanding officer of the personnel of any fire protection district created pursuant to this chapter, at the scene of the emergency shall be in charge of the performance of all emergency duties and services provided at the scene of the emergency.
