AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to designation of a bridge.
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.331, to read as follows:
227.331. The toll bridge separating a county of the third classification without a township form of government and
with more than twenty-three thousand five hundred but less than twenty-three thousand six hundred inhabitants
from a county of the first classification without a charter form of government and with more than thirty-seven
thousand but less than thirty-seven thousand one hundred inhabitants and which is currently referred to as the
Lake Ozark Community Bridge shall be designated the "W.T. Dawson Toll Bridge". The department of
transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs to commemorate such bridge.
