AN ACT

Relating to salary adjustments for state employees.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section 1. Any state employee receiving state health insurance whose salary is not increased in any fiscal year in an amount at least equal to the average increase in the state employee contribution costs for all state employees receiving health insurance for such fiscal year shall have an adjustment made to such employee's salary so that the total salary adjustment for each state employee receiving state health insurance for the fiscal year is no less than the average increase in such employee contribution costs.
