AN ACT
To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the establishment of an official state horse.
Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 10.140, to read as follows:
10.140. The Missouri Fox Trotting Horse, is hereby selected for, and shall be known as, the official state horse of
the state of Missouri.
