REP. CHARLES QUINCY TROUPE

91st General Assembly

 

Rep. Charles Quincy Troupe, a Democrat, represents a part of St. Louis City (District 62) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

 

First elected to the House in 1978, Rep. Troupe is a member of the Heatlh Facilities Review Committee, Certificate of Need.  He was appointed by President Clinton to serve on the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA).  Rep. Troupe also serves as a First Ward committeeman of the City of St. Louis.
