REP. JAMES P. O' TOOLE

91st General Assembly

 

Rep. James P. O'Toole, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis City and Shrewsbury (District 68) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

 

He is a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures and the State Records Commission.

 

In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. O'Toole is a small business owner and a member of Pipefitters Local 562.

 

Rep. O' Toole, a 1976 graduate of Cleveland High School, attended Western Illinois University and graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a bachelor of science degree in business and marketing.  He also served as a lieutenant in the sheriff's department for twelve years in the City of St. Louis as a supervisor in the service department.

 

Awards received by Rep. O'Toole include Awards of Appreciation from the Missouri Pest Control Association, the Missouri Police Chiefs Association and the Judiciary Award of Appreciation.

 

Born April 2, 1958, in St. Louis, Rep. O' Toole resides there with his wife, Ronda, and children, Alexandra, Timothy and Katherine.
