REP. STEVE HENDERSON

91st General Assembly

 

Rep. Steve Henderson, a Republican, represents part of Camden and Morgan counties (District 116) in the Missouri House of Representatives.

 

Elected to the House in 2000, Rep. Henderson is an insurance agent and real estate broker.  Previously he worked 12 years in construction doing residential and industrial concrete and layout.

 

Rep. Henderson is a member of the following organizations: Versailles Area Chamber of Commerce, board member; Lake West Chamber, member; Camdenton Chamber of Commerce, member; Versailles Lions Club, past president; Morgan County Development Corp., past president; and Lake Economic Development Council, board member.

 

A 1981 graduate of Morgan County R-II High School in Versailles, Rep. Henderson received a certificate in civil engineering from Tri-County Tech in 1981 and a degree in industrial management, construction and drafting design from Southwest Missouri State University in 1986.

 

Born September 4, 1963 in Baker, Mont., Rep. Henderson lives in Versailles with his wife, Sonseeray Henderson, and their children: Josie and Nathan.
