HCS HB 128 -- HONORARY HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS FOR VETERANS SPONSOR: Shoemaker, 8 (Willoughby) COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass" by the Committee on Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs by a vote of 16 to 0. PROPONENTS: Supporters say that the bill will honor all veterans. Testifying for the bill were Representative Willoughby; and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
