CO-SPONSORS: Emery, Stevenson, Hunter, Schlottach, Richard

COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Transportation and Motor Vehicles by a vote of 20 to 0.

will be required to disincorporate a road district if a majority
of the voters voting on the question are in favor of the
proposition.
