This bill removes the requirement that the township clerk file a copy of the township's fiscal and inventory report regarding roads and bridges with the state Department of Transportation. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds. PROPONENTS: Supporters say the Department of Transportation no longer needs township fiscal and inventory reports.
