HB 103 -- Certificate of Need

Co-Sponsors:  Johnson (47), Yates

This bill repeals the Certificate of Need Law and certain
statutory references to the law.

The bill also limits the requirement that employees of health
care facilities wear identification badges to the employees of
hospitals.

The bill has an effective date of January 1, 2004.
