HB 147 -- Excursion Boat Gaming

This bill repeals the $500 loss limit per person for each
gambling excursion.

The bill also limits the total number of licenses for the
operation of riverboat casinos which the Missouri Gaming
Commission can grant to the total number of licenses that exists
on August 28, 2003.
