HB 164 -- Sex Offenders

Co-Sponsors:  Yates, Dusenberg, Pratt

This bill requires the State Highway Patrol to maintain a web
site containing the names, addresses, and photographs of people
on the state's sex offender registration list.  The web site must
be open to the public and must allow a viewer to search for
offenders by name, zip code, or geographic area.
