HB 167 -- Sale of Intoxicating Liquor

This bill increases the penalty for selling intoxicating liquor
to a minor from a misdemeanor to a class D felony for persons who
have previously pled guilty or no contest to, or have been found
guilty of, two or more misdemeanor offenses of any kind.
