HB 177 -- Property Tax:  Installment Payments

This bill requires Jackson County to provide a method for the
monthly or quarterly installment payment of real property taxes
for certain taxpayers.  Eligible taxpayers must own and reside on
the real property and must be experiencing a personal financial
hardship.
