HB 190 -- Income Tax:  Athletes and Entertainers

Co-Sponsors:  Fares, St. Onge, Behnen, Fraser, Holand

This bill extends the sunset dates for earmarking of the proceeds
of the withholding tax on out-of-state athletes and entertainers
to December 31, 2015.  Under current law, the earmarking of the
proceeds expires on December 31, 2008.
