HB 192 -- Health Insurance

Current law requires insurers to provide coverage to cancer
patients for drugs and devices used in clinical trails, even if
those drugs and devices have not been approved by the U. S. Food
and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in treating the patient's
particular condition.  This bill limits the mandated coverage to
drugs and devices that the FDA has approved for the patient's
particular condition.
