HB 219 -- Division of Family Services

Sponsor:  Myers

This bill requires Division of Family Services caseworkers
assigned to a specific county to work only in that county, unless
there are extenuating circumstances.  Extenuating circumstances
include conflicts of interest, temporary staff shortages, and
excessive caseloads.
