HB 230 -- Sex Offender Treatment Program

Co-Sponsors:  Jolly, Burnett, Sager

This bill requires all convicted sex offenders, as a condition of
probation, to successfully complete a sex offender treatment
program and follow all directives of the treatment program
provider.
