HB 232 -- Family Care Safety Registry

Co-Sponsors:  Jolly, Johnson (90), Sager, Harris (23), Mayer,
Wildberger, Willoughby

This bill requires the Family Care Safety Registry to include a
check of the State Highway Patrol's Missouri Uniform Law
Enforcement System (MULES) for sexual offender registration,
beginning January 1, 2004.  It also requires the Department of
Health and Senior Services to determine if an individual who is
registered with the Family Care Safety Registry is a registered
sex offender.
